Extract the package Unzip to your web server root (XAMPP htdocs for local dev) unzip foodfleet-saas.zip -d C:/xampp/htdocs/

Create database and import schema Requires MySQL 8.0+. Use phpMyAdmin or CLI. mysql -u root -p -e "CREATE DATABASE foodfleet_db;"
mysql -u root -p foodfleet_db < database/foodfleet_seed.sql

Configure environment Copy .env.example to .env and fill your DB credentials and API keys. cd backend && cp .env.example .env

Install all dependencies Run npm install in each project folder. cd backend && npm install

cd ../delivery-app && npm install
