Audit of CloudBillPro — professional hosting-business billing platform. PHP + MySQL. Marketing site is completely built. The app itself is currently in its fresh-install state (Installation Wizard) — needs to be installed with DB credentials before use.
Executive Summary
CloudBillPro is the most beautifully marketed of the 12 SaaS — the /cloudbillpro-marketing/ site has a full hero with app screenshot, 6 feature cards, a 50+ Features Included grid, 4 admin/client UI mockups, Regular ($49) + Extended ($199) license pricing, 8-question FAQ, and purple-gradient CTA. Professional enough to sell as-is on CodeCanyon. The actual app at /cloudbillpro/ currently only shows the installation wizard — buyer must run install step before testing the real product.

/cloudbillpro/auto-redirects to/cloudbillpro/install/showing the 5-step wizard. - Steps to complete install
- 1. Database credentials, 2. Site config, 3. Admin account, 4. Sample data, 5. Finish.
- Impact
- Visitors trying the demo from the CodeMyTown home page bounce out without seeing the real product. Bad conversion signal.
- Fix plan
- Either (a) finish the install using MySQL credentials so demo works, OR (b) add a pre-installed showcase build alongside the installer, OR (c) redirect demo visitors to a branded 'Demo coming soon' page.
Recommendation
Marketing page is a standalone win — can sell from that alone. Demo needs the install wizard completed to be useful. Run the installer with a dedicated cloudbillpro_demo DB and seed sample data.
