Audit of StockNova — inventory + POS SaaS. Currently only a polished marketing page and a 'Demo setup in progress' placeholder exist. No working admin/dashboard yet.
Executive Summary
StockNova is positioned as a complete Inventory + POS system with multi-warehouse, barcode/QR scanning, and AI demand prediction. What exists today: a stunning dark-purple marketing page (full hero, feature scale-for-any-size section, POS workflow, data-driven decisions, multi-warehouse, 'Everything included' grid, 3-tier pricing, testimonials, FAQ) — and a separate /stocknova/ demo page that is a single-screen 'Demo setup in progress' placeholder with credential hints. No running multi-page app.
Hinted credentials: [email protected]/admin123, [email protected]/manager123, [email protected]/cashier123 — but no login page to use them at.

Actual application not yet built — demo is a static placeholder
- Current state
- The demo page is a visually polished placeholder with credential hints, but clicking through does nothing — no login form, no dashboard, no POS screen.
- Impact
- Cannot sell as production-ready SaaS. Must be marketed as 'Coming Soon'.
- Fix plan
- Full development effort: build the POS UI, inventory tables, multi-warehouse transfer, barcode scanning, admin/manager/cashier role-based dashboards.
Recommendation
Marketing site is excellent — keep it live as a lead-capture page. Development of the actual app is a multi-week effort. Label clearly as “Coming Soon” on CodeMyTown until built.
