We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Simply initiate a return from your order page and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

All products are covered by their manufacturer warranty. Additionally, NexCart provides a 14-day buyer protection guarantee. If you receive a defective item, we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

To become a seller, create an account and navigate to "Become a Seller" in your dashboard. Fill out the application with your business details. Our team reviews applications within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.
