DMCA Policy

LinkPay respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), we respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific LinkPay short URL (e.g.
linkpay.io/r/xyz123) you want removed. - Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Where to Send It
Email your DMCA notice to [email protected]. Include all the information above. Incomplete notices will be returned without action.
Counter-Notification
If you believe a short link of yours was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. It must include your signature, identification of the removed link, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be terminated without refund.
