LinkPay is committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland.
Your Rights
- Right to access — Export a full copy of your account data from Settings → Privacy.
- Right to rectification — Update inaccurate data any time from your profile.
- Right to erasure — Delete your account to permanently remove your data.
- Right to restrict processing — Opt out of analytics, marketing emails, or ad personalization.
- Right to data portability — Download your data in machine-readable JSON/CSV.
- Right to object — Object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
- Right to withdraw consent — Revoke consent you previously gave, with no effect on past lawful processing.
Lawful Basis
We process your personal data under these lawful bases: Contract (to provide the service you signed up for), Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service analytics), Consent (marketing emails, optional analytics), and Legal obligation (tax, compliance).

International Transfers
Data from the EEA is processed in EU data centers by default. If transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
