1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on LinkPay (“we”, “us”, “our”) or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use LinkPay.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use LinkPay. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkPay to shorten links to any content that is: illegal, infringing, malicious, adult, hate speech, phishing, or that violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Monetization & Payouts

Publisher earnings are based on verified ad impressions and clicks, subject to our anti-fraud review. Minimum payout is $10. Payouts are processed weekly via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or USDT. Fraudulent traffic will result in earnings forfeiture.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses from compromised credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All LinkPay branding, code, and design are our exclusive property. Your content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to display short links you create.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Pending earnings may be forfeited for violations.

8. Disclaimer

LinkPay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, or the availability of any particular ad inventory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPay’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification 30 days before taking effect.
